Huehuetenango, Guatemala
Huehuetenango sits high in Guatemala's western mountains, where cool nights and a long dry season allow coffee cherries to ripen slowly and develop exceptional sweetness and complexity. Grown on small family farms, each cherry is picked by hand, washed, and traditionally dried on open patios to preserve the coffee's clean, vibrant character and notes of toffee, red apple, and roasted nuts.
